Musicala 5- Clasac Theatre, November,2016
The Billie Barry Stage School Choirs under the direction of Peter Beckett present ‘Musicala 5’ at the Clasac Theatre. Alfie Byrne Road, Clontarf, on Friday 4th November at 7.30pm and Saturday 5th November at 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Details to follow.

The Billie Barry Stage School Summer School Showcase will be presented on Friday 22nd July, 2016.

X Factor TV Commercial
Congratulations to students Abby Phillips and Adam Malone who featured with Louis Walsh in the Cadbury commercials sponsoring the X Factor on TV3.
Nelly & Nora
Congratulations to Clodagh Kane who featured as the voice of Nelly in Geronimo Production’s highly successful animation Nelly and Nora which has been snapped up by RTE jr, BBC’s CBeebies channel and by the largest broadcaster in Germany ZDF, along with other international media. The series was nominated for an IFTA 2015.
The Day Henry Met
Congratulations to student Darragh Malone who features as the voice of Henry in “The Day Henry Met” which was bought by RTE jr, NickJR, TVO Canada, YLE Finland, SVT Sweden, with more broadcasters to follow. It also won the Best European Work award at the prestigious Pulcinella Awards in Venice, April 2015.

Ruth Anne Cunningham
Past Pupil Ruth-Anne recently co-wrote "Love You to Death" by Pixie Lott and "Beautiful World" by Westlife. Cunningham has written with some of the worlds biggest producers and songwriters including Red One, JR.Rotem, Toby Gad, Evan Bogart, Harvey Mason Jnr, Billy Steinberg, Josh Alexander, Julian Bunetta, Guy Chambers, Andrew Frampton, Cutfather and Jayjay, Chris Braide, Labrinth, Quiz and Larossi, Jeff Bhasker, Alex Da Kidd, Stereotypes, Franne Golde, Phil Thornally, Mads Hauge, Karen Poole, Heather Bright, Livvi Franc, Jimmy Harry, Paul Epworth, Pete Martin, Danny and Mark from "The Script", TMS, Phrased differently, Future Cut, Naughty Boy, Mojam music and lots more. She was awarded with an ASCAP songwriters best pop award at the 24th annual ASCAP pop awards 2007 for "Too little too late". The ceremony was held in LA's Kodak Theatre. She has had songs on 3 platinum selling albums in the US and in Europe. She appeared as a vocalist on Avicii's ID played at Summerburst. She is busy writing her debut album with release plans for 2013.
