Cartoon voiceovers
MARCH 2021:
How amazing !!! These two fabulous students Darragh Malone and Clodagh Kane have been working together on the hugely successful animation series MYA GO since 2012! The cartoon from Piranha Bar, directed by Alan Foley, features Darragh Malone in the role of Tommy Stop and Clodagh Kane in the roles of Sophie Play and Zoe Share. Originally both were cast in the pilot series in 2012. Clodagh’s voice from the original theme tune is still used today. They started recording series 1 in 2017 which had 104 episodes and they are currently recording series 2! Even during these uncertain and difficult times these two fine actors have been so lucky to keep working! Things are a little different as they go to the recording studio just one at a time with the director on Skype! Both Darragh and Clodagh have also featured prominently on other hugely successful animation series. Clodagh plays the voice of Nelly on the RTEjr and CBeebies series NELLY AND NORA while Darragh is the voice of Henry in THE DAY HENRY MET now in its 4th series and broadcast on RTÉ jr and to 178 countries on Nick jr! The two are best friends having shared so many great experiences together within the BBSS. They are amongst the nicest, hardworking, reliable and genuinely gorgeous students in the school! |
